  • Orange juice
  • Lemon juice
  • Organic honey
  • Fist full of mint leaves
  • One liter of purified water

Place the water on heat to boil. First add the mint leaves and leave them to boil inside the water for about 5 minutes. After this time, remove the pan from heat and leave it for another several minutes to cool. Add the orange and lemon juices next and also add grated lemon peel. Add honey in the end.

This drink can be consumed cold or hot, you decide. After its regular consumption, it will cleanse your liver and improve your digestive system.
